During the 2008/2009 Church Site maintenance programme the following are some of the projects covered.
· The interior painting of the Church ( only the Chancel remains to be painted )
· The re-paint of the Forecourt and toilet areas.
· The installation of the automatic winding mechanism of the Church clock
· The external treatment of the Forecourt hardwood doors and windows.
· General repairs to the Church roof, gutters and downpipes
New drainage pipes laid to improve the sites surface water drainage.
Church House, Pre-school and Noah’s Ark Nursery have undergone a partial repainting programme with some new outdoor additions to the Pre-school and Nursery.
The Key Centre has stepped forward with the introduction of a new I.T. Suite which has replaced the Recording Studio ( now located on the Church balcony )
Air conditioning has been installed within the I.T. Suites
The Seminar Lounge has been equipped with wall-bars, wall-mirrors and flooring so as to facilitate ballet classes.
The Community Garden project has been ongoing during the past 3 years and is now a delight to stroll along the footpaths, shrubs and flower beds. Praise plaques have been placed at different points within the garden.
Gilead House in Queensgate has undergone a complete re-décor plus a revamp of the garden.
